Still No Olympic Tickets?

Are you one of those still waiting for that perfect ticket to show up in the last minute Olympic ticket releases but starting to loose hope?

Worst case scenario (as in no luck with getting tickets) there is no reason why you should miss out on the London Olympics mass excitement. Peninsula Festival London

The Greenwich Peninsula will be presenting a combination of free and ticketed events, with the huge Area 12 site open to the public every day, plus a sandy area which will be the largest man-made beach in Europe for the duration of the Peninsula Festival. Performances to watch out for include the Eastern Electrics Festival, Dutch DJ-ing talent,  Beduk Live and the Jamaica Day celebration.

Greenwich Big Screen

Feel part of all the action by heading to the Old Royal Naval College and watching all the live coverage on the Greenwich Big Screen with the rest of the crowds. Cheer on your favourite sporting stars as BBC coverage of their athletic endeavours is broadcast on a huge 15 square metre outdoors screen.

Olympic Festival at Hyde Park

Hyde Park will be at the centre of much of the action for the London 2012 Olympic Games as the venue hosting the triathlon and marathon swimming events. There’s also the Olympic festival at Hyde Park with a number of live performances and on-site special events. The programme includes music concerts, cultural performances and exhibitions.
